Medical Device Technology Compensation Survey (MEDEC)
MEDEC is pleased to announce that Mercer (Canada) Ltd. has been selected as the new partner to deliver the Medical Device Technology Compensation Survey.
This valuable resource provides companies with need-to-know information about compensation practices in the medical device industry.
Survey participants will receive access to data on more than 10 roles exclusive to the medical device industry, as well as access to Mercer's Executive, Management & Professional (EMP) survey. The survey results will include total direct compensation (base plus short and long-term incentives), delivered online via Mercer PayMonitor.
In 2008, MEDEC participants will also enjoy complimentary access for one year to Mercer's Human Resources Policies and Practices (PLC) database when they participate. This on-line database captures key policy information on items such as vacation entitlement, training, turnover, incentive design and benefits prevalence.
