We work to identify and overcome potential issues and possible challenges for our members, and to provide the medical device industry in Canada with opportunities to innovate and positively impact the healthcare arena. Members view their participation in MEDEC as an important business strategic decision. In fact, our member satisfaction rating has trended over 95 per cent for the last three years.
An important goal of our industry is to promote patient access to safe and effective medical device technology. Through MEDEC, members have the opportunity to build alliances with patient and professional organizations in order to work towards the achievement of this goal. We also regularly represent our members to other stakeholders and we have built partnerships based on topics of mutual interest with key organizations at national and global levels
