Medical Device Technology Compensation Survey (MEDEC) 

MEDEC and Mercer (Canada) Ltd. continue to partner to deliver the Medical Device Technology Compensation Survey. This valuable resource provides companies with need-to-know information about compensation practices in the medical device industry.The survey offer designed for MEDEC members gives participants access to both industry specific and general industry benchmark data. Survey participants receive access to data on 13 core positions exclusive to the medical device industry through the Medical Device Technology Compensation Survey.

NEW for 2012: Participants now have the option to select data from one of two premier Mercer general industry databases both providing an additional 11 core medical devices specific roles.
