Frederika Scarth, Director, HQO Liaison and Program Development Branch, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care

Understanding the linkages between Quality Based Payments (QBP) and innovation and how MEDEC members should engage with HQO/the Ministry early on to provide data or other information that can support the innovation pathway based on evidence-based quality.

The Health Quality Ontario Liaison and Program Development Branch provides strategic direction, support and corporate oversight to the activities of HQO as well as aligning funding approaches to improve patient experience and health outcomes while ensuring health system sustainability. 

Please join Frederika Scarth, Director, HQO Liaison and Program Development Branch, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, to learn more about QBP and how MEDEC members can engage with HQO/the Ministry to support the innovation pathway.

Join us on Friday, September 16, 12 noon to 1:00 pm in the MEDEC Learning Centre. 

Seating is limited, with only 30 spots available on a first come, first serve basis.  A light lunch will also be available.
