Bill 67, which creates the new Quebec agency Institute national d’excellence en santé et en services sociaux (INESSS), was passed on Friday (June 11). INESSS is patterned after the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence in the U.K. and was a key recommendation of the Castonguay report in 2008. Read more here.
